THE HOT FOOT WILL REQUIRE A THROTTLE CABLE THAT IS 2 FEET LONGER THAN SHIFT CABLE. 

REMOVE THROTTLE CABLE FROM ENGINE AND REPLACE WITH A CABLE APPROX 2 FEET LONGER.
