Picasso’s Banded skirts are quick and easy to put on and take off. Skirt strands are sandwiched between a silicone band that helps keep the strands in place during assembly or fighting fish. Made from our proprietary ultra soft/thin silicone material that creates an undulating action more comparable to that of rubber. Make your jigs, spinnerbaits and punch weights come to life!
