Multi layer construction joins three kinds of graphites from Japanese Toray company:

* high module graphites with high durability, from 36 to 46 mln PSI, in intermediate layers
* graphite composite XC40P X-CROSS Hi-Endurance used in the form of cross braid in outer layer, which increases resistance to damages.

All the elements used with FLASH XC40P rod meet the quality standards set by Dragon company:
* SiC guides, with ceramic ring, which perfectly dissipates the heat, with reduced diameter and mass in light and elastic frame
* handles joining different kinds of composite materials on the basis of a cork, with hard, light and durable EVA foam
* DPS handles, with carbon insert what enables the anglers to feel the lure better
* threads to frappings by American Gudebrod company.
