Airmar
The Product Line
The Airmar's marine product line includes fishfinder transducers that mount through the hull, in the hull, and on the transom. We also offer temperature sensors, NMEA 0183 sensors, and NMEA 2000® sensors. Our high-performance, 1 kW transducers use broadband technology which enhances overall fishfinder function.
About Airmar
In 1982, AIRMAR brought its first product to market, a transom-mounted transducer. Two years later, the company patented the TRIDUCER® multisensor which revolutionized marine-sensor technology. From that modest beginning, Airmar has grown steadily to become the world-recognized leader in marine-sensing technology. Holding numerous patents and manufacturing the broadest line of depth, speed, temperature, and Smart™ Sensors has made us the "standard" in the marine-sensor market. Building on this foundation of excellence, Airmar has moved into ultrasonic transducers that operate in air for industrial use, as well as integrated sensors such as the WeatherStation® Instrument. Our customers appreciate the quality and innovative technology of our products.
The Product Line
Airmar's marine and industrial sensors serve a wide range of international markets. Our marine product line includes fishfinder transducers that mount through the hull, in the hull, and on the transom. We also offer temperature sensors, NMEA 0183 sensors, and NMEA 2000® sensors. Our high-performance, 1 kW transducers use broadband technology which enhances overall fishfinder function. Airmar also has a full line of survey-echosounder and portable-survey transducers including models suitable for shallow water, harbor survey, deep water, ocean survey, and sub-bottom profiling. The industrial line includes ultrasonic air transducers for a wide variety of applications including: flow and level measurement, automation control, proximity sensing, tank level sensing, distance measurement, and obstacle avoidance. Factory Mutual (FM) approved transducer models are suitable for Class l, Division 1 Hazardous Locations. Airmar also offers custom air and marine transducers built to your specifications and integrated sensors. Our WeatherStation Instruments combine readings from an ultrasonic anemometer, temperature sensor, barometric pressure sensor, and humidity sensor, all in a single compact unit without moving parts.
The Airmar Difference
The right transducer enhances the performance of any echosounder, no matter what the power level or price.
